Motion sickness is an affliction which affects many young travelers, and many adults too.  The symptoms typically include nausea, dizziness and headaches.  It can be quite distressing, and makes it difficult to enjoy traveling.  The only cure for motion sickness, really, is to stop the motion which caused the feeling to occur.  This is not exactly a viable option if you are in the middle of a cruise or long haul flight.  If you can prevent the feeling from occurring in the first place, then you will be much more comfortable.
