Holland and Belgium are great destinations and I have been fortunate enough to travel to both on several occasions although I have not had a boating holiday there but it is an intriguing concept for a holiday and what a nice twist is it’s a river cruise and not a canal cruise which is what would instantly spring to peoples minds especially when thinking about Holland. Oh and the Belgium beer and chocolate is superb…. Great places

Bruge is a fab place for river cruising it is beautiful and idlic with the rivers over hung with willow trees and ancient building. It's a cruise of luxery and you can choose boats that you can dine on while cruising taking in the romantic views.
There's brewery tours and the city boasts dozens of excellent restaurants, trendy lunch places, fun coffee bars – and a local population famed for its love of the good-life and its high levels of expectation! All year round the rich aroma of chocolate wafts through the World Heritage city and countless creative confectioners make hundreds of kilograms of the city’s most famous chocolate, the ‘Brugsch Swaentje’ (Bruges Swan) my favourite…mmmmmmmmmmmmm chocolate.

I agree with Sunshine - I've visited Holland sever times, and passed through Belgium, although I've never had time to stay there long enough to enjoy the place. I'd love to take a river cruise and really get to enjoy the scenery.
Do they do dinner cruises? I've taken them in other countries before, and an evening sailing down the river with nice food, and even better views, is quite an experience.
