Princess Cruises Brings Mothers & Daughters Together
A son is a son until he finds a wife, but a daughter is a daughter for life! Princess cruises knows this ancient truth and have therefore launched an innovative package aimed at bringing mother’s and daughter’s even closer together. It is called the “Mother/Daughter Memories ” package! What a grand idea.
To celebrate the “birth” of its two new daughter ships Emerald Princess and Royal Princess, Princess Cruises, the Queen of all cruise lines, has designed this special mother-daughter cruise package that offers a wide range of activities which both mothers and daughters are sure to love. Which mother-daughter couple would not enjoy a day out shopping, relaxing at the spa, sampling the finest wines and enjoying fine dining together?
This special package will be available beginning May 5, 2007 on the Emerald Princess and can be enjoyed all year round. After all, mother’s day is every day, and mothers and daughters should celebrate their special bond every day, not just on any one day of the year.
What does the Mother/Daughter Memories Package include?
This special package focusing on mothers and daughters will feature two of the following:
-An exotic spa manicure and pedicure to calm and revitalize body and soul
-Special reservations for two at a wine tasting event
-8” X10” photos of their choice that documents this memorable trip
-Special passes to “The Sanctuary”, the ship’s adult only heavenly retreat
-Custom designed sterling silver charm bracelet with an emerald accent as a special souvenir for the launch of the Daughter ship Emerald Princess.
Mothers and daughters share a special bond. What better way to celebrate that special love than by experiencing an enriching and exciting cruise together aboard this special ship?
An unforgettable cruise vacation to the best of the Mediterranean and Greek Isles awaits!

What a fantastic idea for a holiday! I’ve often thought about taking my Mother away for a break - just the two of us, no Dad or Husband to complain at us for shopping too hard, or spending too much time in the Spa.
It’s her 60th Birthday coming up, I’m going to ask her if one of these cruises would interest her. Then I’ll just have to see if Dad is going to pay for it all!

I did a mother-daughters cruise a few years back with my mom and she absolutely LOVED it. We did a three generational mother-daughter cruise. My mom, my sister and I, and my sister's 1 year old daughter. Talk about a girl's week out. We had a BLAST! We did a 7 day Caribbean cruise and it was the most memorable vacation ever. I highly recommend such a trip for mother's and daughters. It's a great way to enjoy that special bond that only mother's and daughters share. If you do take that cruise with your mom, be sure to come back and share all your cruise adventures with us.

What a neat idea! My mother and I are very close…. practically best friends. I would love to be able to do something like this for her, especially at some point in the future since I’m determined to have a daughter of my own, and think it would be cool to do the multiple generation thing.
I bet I could round up my grandma, mom and future daughter for a cruise like this. I’m definitely going to have to keep this in mind.

That’s a really nice idea. The charm bracelet is a touch of genious - I think that would make a great souveneir for that kind of trip.
I think the environment would be really nice with everyone on the cruise being there for the same kind of bonding experience.
I wonder if they will ever off the same kind of thing, for, for example, sisters, or reunion cruises - I can think of lots of people who would enjoy that type of thing.
