Cruises are becoming more and more popular with families. However, some parents are opting out of cruises for more "traditional" family vacations because of fears that there may not be enough appropriate entertainment or other children on board. Of course, not all cruises are family-friendly, but many
cruise lines are now offering cruises especially for families.

There are many cruises that are designed specifically with families in mind. Here are just some of the things that you might find to do on these family-friendly cruises .
* Cruises designed to be family-friendly should have a wide range of amenities designed for the younger guests. In addition to the amenities for adults, check out the children's activities as well. The good cruises will have lots of toys and games for children to use. However, also look for cruises that may not offer TV and video games, and encourage your children to enjoythe sunshine and other activities.
* When choosing a cruise line, make sure there are also many activities planned for children as well as the adults. Make sure the activities are based on the ages and interests of your children.
