Cruise Ships Are Like Floating Cities–Part 1
While many people envision a cruise as a way to get away from civilization for a while, that is not really totally true. While a cruise can be a tranquil, relaxing experience if you want it to be, it can also be an ideal 'city break' too – imagine if you could leave the hustle, bustle and stress of a city, without leaving behind all of the things you like, such as the cinema, entertainment, bars, restaurants, and the gym?
Almost everything you could possibly want is available on a cruise ship – leave your stress on the dock, and enjoy a Utopian city, with all the amenities you could wish for, on a floating island. You don't even have to worry about feeling sea-sick, as modern ships are so calm, with special 'anti-roll' technology, that you don't even notice you are moving unless you come up to the deck and watch the sea.
Just How Are Cruise Ships Like Floating Cities?
The cruise ship is organized much like a city. The cabins are neighborhoods with some budget accommodations and others elaborate suites with oceanfront balconies. You even get a daily “newspaper” delivered to your room and slid under the door during the predawn hours.
While on the cruise ship, the closest thing to stress you will experience is the decision making – what enjoyable activity will you engage in today, or, what food will you eat? The choices can be overwhelming, with activities to suit all interests, and food to suit all palates.
Dine Anytime Of The Day Or Night
You aren't even tied down to dining at a specific time – there are some scheduled sit down meals, but you can visit a restaurant at any time of the day, and there are bars, and buffet meals available at all hours, so you can eat when and where you please.
Most cruises are all inclusive – so you can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, and not have to worry about the price. You can even have food brought to your room if you prefer to stay there and relax instead of getting up and heading to the restaurant for your early morning snack.

Honestly cruises are unbelievable. They are great with Kids because they have free babysitting services. And with all the food included (for FREE) it makes everyone happy. Just be sure to workout when you get back home
